Ph.D. and HDR in Management Sciences, Xavier Hollandts teaches entrepreneurship and strategy at KEDGE Business School. As the coordinator for the “Entrepreneurship” major within the PGE program, he guides students through the Business Nursery, the school’s incubator. His research focuses on corporate governance, particularly in the context of cooperatives. As a specialist in agricultural matters, he is a member of KEDGE BS’s Food, Wine & Hospitality Center of Excellence. He frequently contributes to media discussions on these topics. From 2012 to 2019, he led the Alter-Governance research chair. He is also the author of the “Référentiel de gouvernance des coopératives agricoles”. His academic work has been published in journals such as Corporate Governance, Journal of Institutional Economics, Managerial and Decision Economics, La Revue Economique, La Revue d’Economie Industrielle, La Revue Française de Gestion, Finance-Contrôle-Stratégie, Management International, and La Revue Française de Gouvernance d’Entreprise.
