After working for 8 years in associations and local authorities in the Ardèche region as a development and support officer for project leaders, Mélodie joined the University of Grenoble Alpes and in particular its rural campus, Cermosem, in 2017. Trained as a geographer, she is currently a research engineer for the social science laboratory Pacte. She is particularly interested in collective dynamics in rural areas, including everything related to collective projects, collective intelligence and participatory processes, as well as their transmission. Involved in the NetRAW project since the emergence of the idea of an European project with the Odette collective, she takes an attentive look in her different projects on gender equality and more generally on issues of gender equality, social justice and spatial justice.
