FERRANDI - The French School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management
Created in 1920 on the initiative of the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, FERRANDI Paris offers a large range of courses up to the Bac + 6, preparing for the professions of gastronomy and hotel management.
Renowned for its ability to innovate and prestigious teaching, FERRANDI Paris welcomes nearly 2,500 students, French and international, as well as 2,000 adults who come to improve their skills each year. Its graduates move on to enjoy brilliant careers in renowned establishments or by running their own companies.
Located on 4 campuses in Paris, Jouy-en-Josas, Saint-Gratien and Bordeaux (thanks to an alliance with Bordeaux Ecole Supérieure de la Table, Bordeaux Gironde CCI school), FERRANDI Paris offers a pedagogy based on the ability to innovate, the acquisition of managerial and entrepreneurial skills and real-life practice.
FERRANDI Paris is a member of the Comité de la Destination Paris, the Comité Stratégique d'Atout France, the French Ministry Council for Tourism and the Conférence des Formations d'Excellence au Tourisme.
